Each PPAF scholarship is valued at $1,800 and must be used within twenty-four months of being awarded. Scholarships may be used to cover the cost of tuition, hotel, airfare and meals associated with achieving the CAS/MAS designation. Reimbursements require a written article for the PPAF newsletter and proof of education.
To qualify for a PPAF scholarship, interested members must complete an application and included a written essay to be judged by the Scholarship Advisory Counsel, comprised of PPAF past presidents. Scholarship applications and essays are anonymously judged on a point system.
In addition to discounted show rates and fantastic networking opportunities, one of the many benefits of belonging to PPAF are the annual educational scholarships. If you are pursuing your CAS/MAS or seeking re-certification and need financial assistance, this is an ideal tool to help you meet your goals. For more information contact Deb Spears at info@ppaf.com
