  * If you are an apparel company, please note an apparel rack counts as a table, so we will remove the table. There isn't enough space for a table and apparel rack.

  We have moved the PPAF EXPO to the Hyatt Grand Cypress Resort to allow for all exhibits to be in one ballroom. 

  PPAF EXPO's has always been a premier event and we believe this year will be even better.

  BRING YOUR CLIENTS: We will have a special Christmas Preview during our Networking Reception. ONLY current PPAF members can bring their clients, but they must be registered under
  the member's company.
  Members can bring their clients for $25 per person for the first 2, then any additional end-users would cost $10.

  Get your clients set for the Christmas gifting holiday and get your orders in early by attending the reception and EXPO.
  Non-members are not allowed to bring clients.

  PPAF EXPO

  PPAF Expo is known as the premier event in Florida for distributors. We are excited that the 2025 PPAF EXPO will be held at a

  NEW LOCATION: Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort

  We are anticipating another great turnout with over 300 distributors. There are new opportunities this year to achieve the highest visibility. Exhibitors can choose to participate in the Holiday Showcase as well as select the option to be located in a prime area.
  
  New component: We are reorganizing the booth area to provide more space and some fun components. So be sure to sign-up for the prime location add on (limited to first 10 sign-ups).

  As always exhibitors select their booth location
  based on when registration is paid in full and received.
  

  Registration Options:

  Early Bird Registration $790: December 1, 2024 - January 31, 2025
  Regular Registration $890: February 1 - May 31, 2025
  Late Registration $990 : June 1- August 18

  Exhibits include:

  • 10x10 booth
  • One 6' table (additional tables can be purchased for $75/per table)
  • 2 chairs and a wastebasket
  • Each booth comes with 2 rep tickets. Each additional rep is $79 per person, with a max of 4 reps per 10x10 booth.

     Terms and Conditions: Refunds will be given until July 1, 2025 minus a service fee of $200.  After July 1, 2025, no refunds will be given. Each Booth comes with 2 rep tickets and each additional rep is $79 per person. Exhibitor’s table space may not be re-sold, transferred or assigned. Only the company completing the front of this form may show the products it sells to distributors in your space. You may only exhibit your products and services. You agree that Show in its sole discretion will assign you your space. You agree that PPAF in its sole discretion may change your assigned space at any time. Solicitation of employees/consultants/contractors during the PPAF EXPO hours is prohibited. Your display must be for the sole purpose of promoting Your supplier business. *There is a 3% service fee added to pay online.
  
  

  INSURANCE: You are completely and solely responsible for Your table space, the materials that You ship to and from the show, and the material in your space whether shipped by Show or a Third-party. Consequently, You should have appropriate insurance. The PPAF EXPO reserves the rights to reject, eject, or prohibit any exhibit in whole or part, with or without giving cause. Show liability for rejection without giving cause shall be limited to a refund to You of the amount of fees unearned at the time of ejection. However, if You or Your exhibit is ejected for violation of these rules or any other stated reason (with cause), no return of fees will be made.

  Get your gifting products in front of distributors at the PPAF EXPO Networking Reception. PPAF is strongly encouraging all distributors to motivate their clients to plan far in advance for any holiday gifting products and get the order in early.

  Take advantage of our Gifting Showcase at the EXPO.
  We will have high tables scattered around for distributors to preview different products.

  We are looking for high-end products and are limiting the showcase to 2 products per supplier line. These items must be listed with link for approval to ensure it's a premier product and so we don't have duplicates.

  We will provide an acrylic sign that will provide a QR code back to your full holiday catalog/webpage.

  What suppliers will receive:
  

  • Showcase 2 premier products during networking reception
  • Promotion of products in marketing of event to distributors.
  • Listed as a Showcase Supplier on signage
  • Participate in an pre-event show webinar showcasing your items.

  "BEST SELF PROMOTION" AWARD

  Who can apply: Distributors/Agencies 

  You sell what you show!  Showcase the use of your favorite product in a sales effort to promote your own brand. This includes creative that advances the distributor/agency marketing campaigns (new client acquisition, client retention, education, sales efforts, announcements, events, new product launch, etc.) All work performed for distributors/agencies must be entered in the self-promo category.  Self-promo entries are not permitted in any other category.
  
  Judged on:

  n  Overall creativity of logo placement and design.

  n  Does it have the likelihood of being kept or passed on?

  n  Did the product include unique or custom packaging?

  n  Did the product/promotion include clever messaging to add appeal?

  n  Was there an effective distribution method and scope?

  n  Was there a call to action and/or what were the results?

  Each question will be judged on a 1-5 scale (1-lowest, 5 highest). You do not need to have all the elements to enter, the winner will be chosen from the highest overall score.

  Gather the names of those who contributed. Please credit all members of your team in the application so they will be recognized properly in press releases and other PPAF winner announcements.  

  Obtain permission, if needed, to use any client images.

  Submissions are only complete when registration is paid in full. All information will be kept in confidence and used for only judging purposes and official announcements.

  “SOCIAL GOOD” AWARD
  
  

  Who can apply: Distributors/Agencies and Suppliers

  Showcase your best success story where promotional products supported overall social good in society, which includes sustainability, good stewardship, and increased awareness for charities/non-profits, and your organization. 

  What we are looking for:

  • If the focus was sustainability, were sustainable goods used? Is the item designed to lessen environmental impact?
  • If the focus was on overall good stewardship, what was the reason for selecting the particular product to promote social good?
  • Does the product have the likelihood of being kept or gifted?
  • How did the promo product promote social good?
  • Did it support internal company goal, or awareness campaign for non-profit cause or event?
  • Was there an effective distribution plan? Did the campaign foster team engagement? Ex: Everyone who participated/donated/reached goal received the item.

  Each question will be judged on a 1-5 scale (1-lowest, 5 highest). You do not need to have all the elements to enter, the winner will be chosen from the highest overall score.

  Gather the names of those who contributed. Please credit all members of your team in the application so they will be recognized properly in press releases and other PPAF winner announcements.  

  Obtain permission, if needed, to use any client images.

  Submissions are only complete when registration is paid in full.

   What we are looking for:

  n  Is it a fresh twist on a staple product? Was it something mundane used in a unique way?

  n  Creative use of logo and/or decoration technique.
  
  n  Does it have the likelihood of being kept or passed on?

  n  Does the product have broad appeal?

  n  Was the product an effective communication tool?

  n  Was it a fan favorite? Was it a showstopper?

  Each question will be judged on a 1-5 scale (1-lowest, 5 highest). You do not need to have all the elements to enter, the winner will be chosen from the highest overall score.

  Gather the names of those who contributed. Please credit all members of your team in the application so they will be recognized properly in press releases and other PPAF winner announcements.  

  Obtain permission, if needed, to use any client images.

  Submissions are only complete when registration is paid in full.
